What's included?

All experiences packages include hotel (rates based on double-occupancy),  all listed tours and activities, as well as pre-reserved train tickets and in-country transfers. Depending on the level of trip (basic, premium, luxury) you need, private transfers, select meals, and other premium services may be included as well. Chat with an Italy trip designer today to start planning your trip.

What's NOT included?

International flights and travel insurance are not included. Meals other than those specifically listed are not included as well.

All our experience packages are private — you will be exploring on your own and not on a tour bus with dozens of other guests. However, depending on the level of trip you select (basic, premium, or luxury) your custom trip may include some activities that are small-group tours (at max 8 travelers total) or 100% private tours.

Are these group or private tours?

Yes, dates are flexible and can be tailored to your availability. Our trip advisors are happy to consult with you on the best places to visit during the period of time you're available to travel.

Are the dates flexible?

When do I pay?

After chatting with a trip designer or submitting an online enquiry, a deposit of $50 per day of your trip is due to retain our services.

This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your trip when everything is finalized and you're ready to book. If you decide not to take your trip, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Once your trip is finalized, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days before your trip. If your trip starts within 90 days, full payment is required so that we can make all of your bookings in time.

When is the best time of year to visit Spain?

There's great places to explore in Italy regardless of the time of year.
